28 years ago, the Berola Family began the journey of restoring a  900-year-old castle and converting three areas of surrounding land into homeopathically fertilized vineyards.  The castle is located in the heart of Tuscany’s wild Maremma countryside, between Rome and Florence, and is surrounded by 40 hectares of organic vineyards, olive groves, and farmland. The estate captures the essence of contemporary luxury in total seclusion and the entire property remains organic.
